but it's still going to be an adjustment for me....
I've really enjoyed the camera, so when I noticed weird blotches on the viewing screen I decided to get it checked out. Last week I took it to a camera shop that routinely sends cameras out for repairs and they said they had NEVER seen this problem before...
It doesn't mess with the pictures, so I could have lived with it.... but it was still under warranty... and what if in 6 months (after the warranty had expired) the problem affected the whole screen and I couldn't view my pictures....... so I decided just to send it to get checked (and hopefully) repaired by Canon. It will be interesting to find out what the cause of the problem was though...
So for the next few weeks there will be MUCH less pictures..... I do have some on my camera cards that I haven't posted yet and if I get desperate, Andrea was sweet to offer her "purse camera" but I'm thinking that we'll be ok for TWO weeks (at least that is timing that Canon has given me)!!

You wont survive :-) come get my camera, HEHE
Tomorrow your kids will do the cutest things and you'll miss it.
COME GET IT! :-D
Oh that sucks! My mom's Canon had some kind of issue and they actually replaced it with a better model because hers was recalled. Hopefully they'll get yours back to you quickly.
