Since we are a family with multiple food allergies, jumping in the kitchen and baking something new can require some creativity. Many times though we rely on our "ole' faithful" recipes.
Most of the recipes included are dairy, egg and peanut-free! I'm also trying to use less garlic since one in our family has garlic issues. And less potato since that is currently causing reactions for my son.
I really try to keep our ingredients simple and things that I'd normally have "on-hand". While one day I'd love to bake with more unique flavors, right now I just try to get a decent and healthy meal on the table;)
