And this was my distraction.....
Do you see that my Bible isn't even in focus???
This school year I am determined to have Bible reading, prayer,and study carved into my schedule. It just seems like I will always have something to distract me(who doesn't)!!! BUt it's using those quiet moments throughout the day to find the wisdom and encouargement from the Lord that I need to be the solid MOM and wife that will bring Him glory and that I desire to be!
Ok, off to enjoy some quiet!!

In our attempts to get our schedules to a T, Jesus ever reminds us of his sweet treasures...our dear children.

yeahhh... quiet time seems so hard to accomplish some days. Im always so tired! when i sit down to read I get in a daze and have trouble concentrating. its hard!

Maybe you and Brian can work out a schedule where you can use his office at the church for at least 30 minutes a day as your time. Mommy time !
I do use my hubby's office. It is WONDERFUL! No distractions of household chores, no screaming children... Just me and the Lord. I do get up early to have this time. Usually I'm there from about 7-8. Then when I come home the children have been dressed and are ready to have breakfast and have our family bible time.
That schedule works for us.
