Daddy to the Rescue with goggles

Within the last 2 weeks Lydia has developed a fear of bathing....

well, it's not really bathing, after another "bout of fussy" we figured out it was her being scared of getting soap in her eyes while washing her hair. And her fear is justified... the bath prior to her fear beginning, she got soap in her eyes while I washed her hair out (unknown to me the girls had loaded the tub water with adult bar soap and I was rinsing Lydia's hair with it).

SO this week, Daddy tackled the issue....

with goggles!!
you can see she was still very leary
she tolerated the washing and the water
And Anna joined in on the fun...
I stuck around to see how Daddy was going to master
washing the girls hair with the goggles on:)

And just so you can see
she (and her swished little eyes) survived... with smiles;)
And don't you know, if the girls got to wear their goggles...
Chris had to wear his;)

Dad's come up with some of the most creative solutions to little kid problems, don't they? :) Looks like all the kids had fun getting clean!

He he! Too cute. Glad he saved the day. Does he have a solution for a boy scared of the automatic toilets?
